Soul-centered mentoring, initiatory wayfinding, and ritual leadership training for those crossing the mid-life passage.

Offerings

An intentional, customized container that is an apprenticeship in two directions: A focused descent through your own mid-life threshold guided by ritual, grief, nature-connection, and the medicine of folktales; and a training ground to unfurl your practice into community ritual and initiatory passage work. Often, these are not separate paths.

This mentorship may lead into the tangible work of facilitating rituals, guiding passage work, and telling medicine stories, or it may remain a mostly interior discipline between you and the other world. Both are complete.

Through the craft of ritual, the skill of grief, the power of dreams, and the medicine of folktales, your gifts come out of eclipse.

“Trevor's mastery is to play back to you, with honesty and integrity, yet straight to the point, what he sees, feels and intuits. He is a beautiful and wise mirror that I’ve come to fully trust as a guide in my life.”

-Peter van der Vlis, Founder, TrailHaven

(Yearly) A 10-day nature-based ritual of passage centered around a 3-night solo fast in the wilderness.

There are many occasions for a wilderness fast. It may be part of a rite of passage, or it may be undertaken as a prayer, a spiritual offering, or as an invocation for a deeper connection with the more-than-human-world. Sometimes it is a plea for a clarity of vision that cannot be achieved amidst the hurl and burl of a busy modern life. Often it will contain elements of each of these things.

This is the ceremonial ground where the little deaths that feed life are courted, conjured, and served. It is where that which is no longer yours to carry can be released and composted so that your unique bundle of gifts can be seeded, received, shaped, and honed.

“Trevor and his co-guide crafted a container imbued with poetry, song, dance and myth that touched timeless, ancestral wisdom. They beautifully and creatively distilled each of us participants' intentions for doing this work, and I was deeply impacted by their reflections.”

Sacred, prior to the romanticizing of faith, never meant nice. And it never meant good. Sacred just meant “not of the human world”, it meant “another reality”, it meant “something that breaks in like an earthquake.”
